At Decolassy, we are committed to delivering your furniture purchases in a timely and efficient manner. We offer nationwide shipping across the UK.

Order Processing: Upon placing your order, please allow 1 business day for processing. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is up to1-4 business days for in-stock items. Please note that some furniture items may take longer to ship due to their size or weight. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in shipping.

Delivery Options: We offer two delivery options: Free Standard Delivery and Premium Delivery. Free Standard Delivery is free for all UK orders and takes 2-4 business days to be delivered. Premium Delivery is 3.90£ and aims to deliver within 1 business day.  

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location. You can calculate your shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not currently offer international shipping. We also cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages or Lost Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [contact information]. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is processed.
